Con questo piatto cerco, cosi come avevo già fatto in passato..con il mio piatto" Variante di  Pani c'à Meusa"  di   "giocare" con gli schemi mentali e palatali che noi uomini e donne abbiamo in parte ereditato dai nostri avi e in parte  ci hanno inculcato......  Nasce So the idea of \u200b\u200b"surprise" ...
