I have worked with Alexander in both transmission and his restaurant as a chef draftsman the event "The black truffle" is I can say without fear of contradiction that no star was more than deserved this ..

I remember during the preparation of the event told him that he would take the star .. of course he took me by that same ranting .. because even if he never lived up to (and Trust is at or better andatea try) was still a restaurant too "young" to aspire to this recognition (just 1 year old) threw a challenge at this point we made a bet that if they had given him the star inviting me to the party ... Non posso e non voglio nascondere la mia gioia nel vedere riconfermato anche "Orso Grigio" e "Osteria di via solada" rispettivamente di Cristian Bertold (fratello adottivo) ed Ezio Gritti, due che conosco molto Good for adventure television we did shoulder shoulder (The test of the cook), especially with Cristin Bertold with whom I worked the big event held at his restaurant (Event Grey Bear) and I can say that a star is little, if it relates to his employment status with those of other stars ... two figures on all the company of Grey Bear is only two chefs including more than a boy 23 years.
