For students attending the course will consist of a series of meetings (lectures and seminars) the purpose of which will be the deepening of institutions already studied in their institutional lines, during the criminal procedure law I. From week to week will be made known to students the topics to be discussed in subsequent lessons, as well as to allow easier organization of the study. The course will end with the holding of a mock trial.
The assessment of students attending will be given at the end of the course, based on their active participation in the progress and initiatives carried out there. "Active participation" means continuous and effective interaction between students and teacher, it can be done with the student's spontaneous interventions, exposures of individuals or groups on topics agreed with the teacher, often in activities collateral to the series of lectures (Visits in court seminars, study meetings, etc.). and, above all, through a real and concrete contribution to the realization of the mock trial.
This will allow a study of the subject of continuous and effective, to address the student will draw on lecture notes of the legislation set out and discussed during the course, and materials that will be inserted, week after week, on the web page Lecturer in "Materials".
According to a resolution of the Faculty Council, an examination of Criminal Procedure Law II can not be sustained without the prior criminal procedural law passed I.
